   If that is the case, we would appreciate receiving the original document in person or by post.
2. We start by making a quote for you. This quote is without obligations and states the price and the expected turnaround time.
3. You accept the quote and pay the amount.
4. As soon as the payment has been processed, we start working on the request.
5. We let you know when the translation is finished.
6. You pick up the translation at our office. We can also deliver or send the translation by mail which results in an extra fee.
7. We send you a digital copy of the translation as a PDF file.
