We are happy to translate your printed matter. Unfortunately, inserting a different language can mess up your carefully formatted file. To overcome this, we offer a proof check.
We check whether all text is where it should be and how it can be shortened or split if necessary. With the help of our partners, we can also take care of the complete layout of your printed matter.
Providing a sworn translation alone is not sufficient for some organisations. In order to obtain official approval, validation by a higher body is required. For countries affiliated to the Apostille Convention, an Apostille on a sworn translation from a Dutch court is enough. More information and the affiliated countries can be found here.
If a country is not a member of the Apostille Convention, a legalisation stamp from the court is not sufficient and a stamp must also be obtained from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the embassy or consulate of the country in question. The legalisation of documents by an embassy or consulate can sometimes take over a week. We advise you to take this into account.
We are happy to take care of both obtaining an Apostille and the legalisation of your documents. The costs for legalisation by the embassy or consulate can vary greatly and for that reason cannot be confirmed in advance. In each case, we check this for you and include the costs in our quote.
