Terms and conditions

Mettaal applies general terms and conditions that are based on those of the VViN, the Dutch trade association for translation agencies. Mettaal has filed its general terms and conditions with the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam under number 24.32.76.44.

These conditions are applied to every offer or order. You can request a copy from us at any time, after which it will be sent by e-mail as a PDF file. The file can also be downloaded here.

Professional

Mettaal is a member of national and international business associations that work to professionalise the industry as a whole and the products and services provided by the participating companies in particular. In this way, we are quickly informed of new developments and can implement them in our own business process in a timely manner.

Mettaal works according to established procedures and regularly tests whether the procedures and working method are still adequate or whether changes/additions are required. Any changes are recorded and from that moment serve as our starting point.

                     

Mettaal is officially certified ISO 17100:2015 (translation services). The purpose of this European standard is to establish and define requirements for the provision of high-quality services by translation service providers. The standard concerns the actual translation process and all other related aspects of service provision, including quality assurance and traceability.
